The industry 4.0 represents the fourth industrial revolution, it is characterized with the adoption of new concepts, digitization represents the basis of this evolution. Many fields are affected by the shock wave generated by the innovative transition. The classical methodologies used for decades are evoking a continuous change. New innovative concepts such as: predictive production planning or predictive energy management, appeared. The number of firms, who adopted these methods is increasing exponentially.

The industry 4.0 represents the evolution of the classical concepts and their transformation into more specified and more advanced ones. This progress is characterized by the merging of new rising technologies along with the classical approaches, which results the digitization and the networking of the industrial production. The new emerged concepts are driving the industrial world into a new area, where mass-production with high quality standards is no longer a convoluted matter that requires extensive research and follow. These new concepts were applied in the electrotechnology field, which was characterized with new innovative aspects.

The innovation is a result of the cutting-edge technologies implementation. The CPS is the interconnection between the physical and the virtual system. It works by synchronizing the communication, the computation and the processing, which will result a real time interaction between the physical world and the computational virtual processes.
